Manage the chaos and exhausting pace of being responsible for five jobs at once as the sole (living) employee of the IT department. Race against time to complete as many tickets as possible. Enter delegation mode to pause time and assign ghosts to tasks. Working on a ticket takes time so be sure to prioritize high severity ones first. If that’s not challenging enough, you also need to keep watch for any employees that may walk by. Regular people can’t see your ghost companions, but they can sure see those printer parts floating around so pause your ghostly activities when you see a person is nearby. With excellent delegation and time management skills you might just be able to keep your job and your sanity!

Prototype Jam Update

• Tickets are assigned to station objects every x seconds. Objects that blink red have a ticket active
• Move the character around the test space by left mouse clicking 
• Move the character close to blinking objects to work on them. The object should blink green when it's ticket is complete
• The top bar should display tickets that are complete or incomplete. Once all tickets are complete you get to know if you keep your job.

Gameplay Loop

Win state: complete the required ticket quota for the level.

Loss state: too many failed tickets.

At level start you are told how many tickets need to complete the level and how many tickets you can miss before failing the level.

Interacting with an object with an active ticket or ghost brings up a radial menu for interaction options. From this menu you have access to context aware interactions such as make contact on ticket, start work on ticket, pause ghost work on ticket etc.

As the player works their shift a varying number of tickets are assigned to the ticket queue. There’s never truly down time at this job so utilize the ghost management app to pause time and plan out your next move. In ghost management mode select tickets for your ghost to work on, pause their current work, or reassign them to other tickets. Use your ghost companions to complete tickets and maximize your time. Once enough tickets are completed the day ends successfully. 

Mood  

Welcome to the first day of your latest job at another middling corporate office. You were hired to take over the IT department for the guy that was done with this job years ago. Your outgoing senior did leave you a handy device to make your job easier. Upon wearing the Boogle glass goggles you are made aware of the true IT department, the ghosts that inhabit the building. It’s up to you to manage your ghostly coworkers and keep your job!
